Pilates is a mind-body exercise that doesn't place any stress or strain on the body. It lengthens and strengthens the spine. It tones and elongates the muscles while improving the posture without adding bulk. Pilates' principles help promote awareness, ease of movement and gently replaces old habits with healthier ones.
