Pilates is a mind-body workout that is process oriented not product. Each workout is Taylor’d to the individual’s needs and developed over time. In Pilates, you become very aware of your body. You also learn how to work efficiently with each new exercise, while improving your posture. Old patterns are diminished and new patterns are developed.
